You do not need a perfect studio photo. A clear favorite photo is enough to begin.

    Choose your colors and pay at our craft or art fair booth. Need help with payment? Email us.

    Fill out the order form.

    Open the order form and enter your contact, shipping, and figurine details.

  3. 03

    Check your email.

    After submitting the form, look for an email from Blue Springs Art House.

  4. 04

    Reply with your pet photo.

    Open our email, choose Reply, attach your pet photo, and press Send.

  5. 05

    Watch for order updates.

    Keep an eye on your email for updates about your figurine.

  6. 06

    Your figurine arrives by USPS.

    Shipping is included in your figurine price.

Making & mailing

When will it arrive?

Orders are made in the order received. We aim to craft each figurine within 5 business days.

Timing may vary based on order volume and custom work. Mailing time is additional.
